'Quick Chat' - our Web based deferred messaging system - is our preferred way of providing advice. We try to respond to Quick Chat advice requests within two hours.
'Live chat' - our Web based real-time interactive messaging system - is our most immediate way of providing advice, but only available when one of our advisers is free.
We are happy to provide advice over the phone, but our advisers are busy most of the time. You will usually be asked to leave contact details on our call management system. We will return your call as soon as we can.
We are happy to accept advice requests through email. We typically respond later the same day.
We do accept written advice requests, but our advisers work from home so it typically takes us six working days for us to respond.
