Service Delivery Options
We offer five standard 'on demand' ways of providing advice. These are charged per advice request, based on how much it costs us to provide the service. Our 'Quick Chat' deferred response system is least expensive; posted letters are most expensive.

'Quick Chat' - our Web based deferred messaging system - is our preferred way of providing advice. We try to respond to Quick Chat advice requests within two hours.
In addition, we offer three further 'by appointment' ways of providing advice. These are on-site face-to-face on-site clinics, conference calls, and 30 minute 'benefits reviews'.
