We do not collect debit or credit card information. We store basic information - name and email address - about private individual customers
until they pay their bill and remove it. We collect and retain basic information - name, membership number and email address - about our
subscribers' members for as long as the subscriber is a client of the Benefits Hotline. This information is used by our subscribers to analyse
how their members use our service. We do not provide this information to external parties. If you are concerned about privacy, we can
give you a contact with whom you can discuss issues and policies. If you do not accept our usage terms, you must not use our service. You
might consider the Citizens Advice Bureau as an alternative.
