Benefits Hotline is a joint venture between Resource Exchange and a seasoned team of welfare benefits advisers. These advisers are all current or former consultants with the Citizens Advice Bureau or the Benefits Agency.

Our subscription service lets members of common interest groups get welfare benefits advice without the embarrassment and inconvenience of queuing outside a CAB office. When we are not busy we sometimes provide advice to non-subscribers on a fixed cost basis.

Our ambition is to provide welfare benefits advice as a low cost commercial alternative to the Citizens Advice Bureau. We are not affiliated with any government department or organisation, allowing us to provide totally impartial objective advice, in no way inferior to the CAB. We can add value by providing customer location clinics or customer specific advice on in-house processes and benefits.
